Qualifications

• B.S in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or Nuclear)
• Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
• Nuclear experience or related engineering experience depending on level

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth technical expertise to develop, manage and implement engineering analyses and programs
• Provide technical consultation to identify and resolve equipment and system problems
• Lead short- and long-term programs impacting site operations
• Perform engineering tasks applying engineering principles
• Ensure proper configuration management and compliance with codes and criteria
• Conduct independent research and analyses for technical projects
• Recommend new concepts to improve performance and reduce costs
• Support outage activities and emergency response as needed
