Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a License Renewal Engineering Manager for its Nuclear Services Group. You will lead preparation of LRA, AMRs, TLAAs, and AMP reviews, directing technical teams and ensuring safe, compliant operation.

The role involves project leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring. Travel up to 20-25% to client sites and performance of management duties across budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Experience in nuclear power plant environments and NRC codes.
• Leadership experience and PE licensure preferred for manager level.

Responsibilities

• Lead License Renewal and aging management projects, including LMAs and TLAAs.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
• Inspire the team, drive process improvements, and maintain quality standards.
• Develop client relationships and support marketing/proposals.
