Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a License Renewal Engineering Manager for the Nuclear Services Group to lead critical aging management and renewal efforts. You will oversee IAMs, AMP reviews, LRA preparation, and cross-functional teams to ensure safe, compliant operation and successful client outcomes.

You will mentor engineers, manage budgets and schedules, and drive continuous improvement while building strong client relationships and expanding the unit's nuclear capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Typically 6+ years of experience, including 2+ years in leadership and a PE for Manager level.
• Nuclear Power Plant experience and NRC familiarity.
• Excellent verbal communication and strong technical writing skills.
• Strong coordination and cross-disciplinary teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 20–25% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• License Renewal & Aging Management: prepare IAMs, AMR reviews, AMPs, LVAs and LRA documents.
• Lead License Renewal Implementation (LRI) with schedule development and inspection support.
• Manage project budgets and staffing; ensure unit quality and timely delivery.
• Approve engineering documents and support Continuous Improvement efforts.
• Develop client relationships, proposals, and marketing for the unit's expertise.
• Identify training opportunities and oversee staff professional development.
