Job summary

Cardinal Health operates Nuclear Manufacturing to produce PET radiopharmaceuticals in a regulated environment and cyclotron facility. The team handles radioactive materials with safety training and strict regulatory adherence, ensuring accurate documentation and production controls.

We require a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and readiness for overnight shifts; strong English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ,
• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or related science highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manufactures radioactive isotopes (includes synthesis set up, hot cell manipulations, distribution)
• Conducts quality control testing of each batch (utilizing GC, dose calibrator, MCA, TLC, HPLC, analytical balance, PTS, hood)
• Works in ISO 7 cleanroom to make product vials and customer vials for use in drug production
• Performs environmental and personnel monitoring in ISO 5/7/8 environments
• Coordinates daily production run schedule based on customer and pharmacy needs
• Demonstrates strong documentation practices, oral communication, and writing skills; maintains daily production records, reports
• Manages SAP Inventory (receiving materials, inspecting materials, cycle counts)
• Performs daily radiation safety tasks, along with general lab cleaning
