Job summary

Cardinal Health’s Nuclear Manufacturing division seeks a dedicated operator to produce time-sensitive radiopharmaceuticals in a regulated setting. You’ll work in an ISO cleanroom environment, following strict SOPs and safety protocols to ensure product integrity for patient diagnosis and monitoring.

The role requires overnight shifts and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining precise documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; sciences preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience; lab experience preferred.
• Able to work overnight shifts.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Manufactures radioactive isotopes (including synthesis setup, hot cell manipulations, distribution).
• Conducts quality control testing using GC, dose calibrator, MCA, TLC, HPLC, analytical balance, PTS, hoods and fume hoods.
• Operates in ISO 7 cleanroom to prepare product and customer vials.
• Performs environmental and personnel monitoring in ISO 5/7/8 environments.
• Coordinates daily production run schedules based on customer and pharmacy needs.
• Maintains daily production records and prepares reports.
