Job summary

Mirion is seeking a Project Manager for Radiation Monitoring Systems (RMS) to lead multiple concurrent engineering projects from proposal through execution and closure. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality while ensuring safety, regulatory, and contractual compliance.

The role requires coordinating Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality, with travel up to 10%. You will be accountable for stakeholder engagement, delivering on contractual acceptance criteria, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related discipline.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent engineering projects with a combined value of ≈$10 million+.
• Experience managing projects through full lifecycle from proposal to closure.
• Strong knowledge of PM principles: scope, schedule, cost, resource, risk, change management.
• Experience with budgeting, financial forecasting, EAC, and margin analysis.
• Working knowledge of PM tools including MS Project and Excel.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, P&IDs, wiring diagrams.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects across their life cycle, meeting quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and baselines.
• Plan and coordinate resources to achieve milestones and contractual commitments.
• Monitor performance, report progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage budgets, cost forecasts, EACs, and margins.
• Support proposals with estimates, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Identify, document, and manage stakeholder requirements throughout the life cycle.
• Coordinate FAT, customer acceptance, and project closure.
