Plan preventive, predictive, corrective, and outage-related I&C maintenance activities.
Assign work based on qualifications, workload, priorities, and safety requirements.
Ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Lead, schedule, and supervise I&C maintenance personnel to ensure safe, reliable execution.
Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, corrective, and outage-related I&C maintenance activities.
Coordinate work windows with Operations and review work orders.
Troubleshoot and direct repairs of I&C systems and equipment.
Monitor quality and close out maintenance in the CMMS.
Develop job plans and identify labor, materials, tools, and permits.
Support budgeting and planning for labor, materials, contracts, and major outages.
Develop, coach, and evaluate employees.
