Job summary

RISINGSUN TECHNOLOGIES seeks a results-driven Construction Project Manager III for HVAC infrastructure replacement at a nuclear fuel facility. You will manage planning, installation, commissioning and turnover while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and production continuity.

You will serve as the primary liaison between engineering, safety, operations and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget in a 100% on-site, nuclear environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration with engineers, safety, operations and contractors.
• Ability to read P&IDs and HVAC schematics to identify interferences.
• Familiarity with NRC and facility safety requirements.
• Experience applying Lean/Six Sigma to project delivery.
• Experience with IROFS, JHA, RWP, and site safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC infrastructure replacement projects from scope through turnover.
• Coordinate between engineering, safety and operations to meet timelines and budgets.
• Incorporate safety and regulatory requirements into project plans.
• Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with plans and standards.
• Develop integrated schedules aligned with production outages and milestones.
• Maintain as-built drawings, testing records and close-out documents.
• Communicate progress and risks to leadership and teams.
• Translate complex HVAC requirements into actionable tasks.
