Job summary

RISINGSUN TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a Construction Project Manager III to lead HVAC infrastructure replacement projects at a nuclear fuel facility. The role drives planning, installation, commissioning, and turnover while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and production continuity.

The PM serves as the liaison between engineering, safety, operations, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of NRC requirements is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years project management experience in industrial or regulated environment, HVAC emphasis.
• 2+ years in project coordination/controls/operations.
• Familiarity with 10 CFR 835 or facility Safety Requirements.
• Knowledge of HEPA filtration, BIBO filter housings, and post-installation testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC capital projects from scope to turnover.
• Integrate safety requirements and regulatory standards into plans.
• Manage JHA, RWP, lifting plans, and contractor safety requirements.
• Supervise contractors ensuring compliance with plans and nuclear standards.
• Develop schedules aligned with production and outages.
• Maintain as-built drawings and test records; manage close-out docs.
• Communicate progress and risks to teams and leadership.
• Translate HVAC requirements into actionable plans.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma to improve delivery and reduce downtime.
