Job summary

TerraPower is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist to support the implementation and day-to-day execution of configuration management across TerraPower projects and engineering organizations.

This role will ensure configuration items, baselines, and records remain accurate, complete, and controlled throughout the lifecycle. You will collaborate with engineering, IT, QA, and suppliers to ensure CMS functionality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, information management, business systems, computer science, or a related discipline and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting configuration management, engineering change control, document control, product lifecycle management, data management, or related processes.
• Strong understanding of configuration identification, change control, status accounting, verification, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the Configuration Management process and priorities.
• Track compliance and escalate issues as needed.
• Facilitate Configuration Management audits and drive issue resolution.
• Engage with projects to deliver CMS functionality within timelines.
• Maintain configuration baselines across development, test, and production.
