Qualifications include engineering degree with CM experience in regulated environments, strong communication skills, and ability to drive continuous improvements. The position emphasizes collaboration with Digital Engineering and IT teams to ensure CMS readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years in CM in regulated industry.
• Experience driving process improvements and continuous improvement solutions.
• Experience with engineering strategies for new technologies and infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to document CM processes and procedures.
• Ability to apply expertise across multiple complex work assignments.
• High level of trust, integrity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Configuration Management activities and set priorities.
• Monitor compliance with policies and escalates issues as needed.
• Coordinate CMS audits and drive resolutions.
• Review changes to CM data and approve necessary updates.
• Collaborate with business and IT management to advance CM efforts.
• Ensure CMS functionality aligns with project timelines.
• Work with Digital Engineering to support CMS platform.
• Review and approve CMS infrastructure changes.
• Mentor and train teams on CM services and procedures.
• Support design reviews and change control processes.
• Provide requirements and use cases for CMS enhancements.
• Create baselines for development, test, and production environments.
• Provide timely configuration information to aid decision-making.
