Job summary

Dominion Energy seeks an experienced Generation Project Manager to lead fleet-wide nuclear projects, from early scope through execution, aligned with long-term generation strategy.

You will manage cost estimating, scheduling, risk reviews, regulatory and contract work, vendor relations, and data analysis, while building partnerships across engineering, licensing, operations and procurement. 7+ years of related experience and PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience with 3+ years in PM.
• Bachelor's degree may be substituted with related Associate's degree and 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge in project management, heavy industrial, and leadership.
• Strong team-building, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop and monitor project performance to meet schedule.
• Ability to coordinate technical problem resolution across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of fleet-wide strategic nuclear projects.
• Involve early-phase scope development, cost estimating, scheduling, and risk reviews.
• Manage regulatory reviews, contract review/negotiation, data management and reporting.
• Oversee vendor management and implementation of PM tools and technology.
• Establish and nurture relationships with engineering, licensing, operations, procurement and vendors.
