Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years directly related work as a project/outage scheduler in a nuclear setting.
• Past 5 years experience using Primavera P6 in a project.
• Nuclear experience is required.
• Experience using CPM, resource leveling, PERT, and cost management.
• Ability to translate plans into schedules and follow work control processes.
• Strong project management techniques and cooperative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide current, accurate project schedules; support safety and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Station Management, Outage Management, and contractors to plan work.
• Keep schedules current by visiting sites and monitoring status.
• Apply CPM, resource leveling, PERT, and cost management techniques as needed.
• Lead planning meetings with various departments to align scope and resources.
• Monitor progress, update schedules, and generate management reports.
• Ensure standard scheduling procedures and reporting formats are followed.
