Responsibilities include coordinating reload projects, reviewing contractor work, mentoring teammates, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering or related field from ABET-accredited program.
• Ability to obtain and maintain unescorted access qualifications for nuclear plants.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform reload core/design, reload licensing analyses, and in-core fuel management.
• Coordinate engineering assignments for cycle reload projects with teams and vendors.
• Recommend procedural and design improvements; support inspections and oversight.
• Provide technically sound, timely, cost-effective recommendations.
• Review contractor work and interface with internal/external groups.
• Lead and mentor teammates; participate in emergency response and outages.
• Communicate complex nuclear topics clearly to management and stakeholders.
• Support safety, industrial hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
