• Degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years in program management, project management, engineering, commercial operations, or similar.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage nuclear fuel contracts to meet technical, quality, and delivery requirements while optimizing value.
• Be the primary customer-facing representative for contract-related communications.
• Lead fuel delivery execution, coordinating teams to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop billing plans and forecasts to support revenue recognition and EBITDA targets.
• Maintain financial, demand planning, and business systems for accurate reporting.
• Monitor customer performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
• Maintain understanding of customer contracts, fuel products, and work scopes.
• Prepare and manage Job Order Documents for reload projects.
• Support proposal development, contract negotiations, and commercial strategy.
• Coordinate engineering resources and resolve technical challenges affecting commitments.
• Use SAP, ENOVIA, EDMS to support contract execution.
• Foster relationships with customers and partners to drive collaboration and satisfaction.
