Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Science/Engineering preferred, or 8 years in nuclear/chemical operations.
• With BS, 6–8 years of supervisory/management experience in a technical production environment.
• Without BS, 14+ years of supervisory/management experience in a technical production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 3–4 supervisors on rotating shifts, reporting to the unit manager.
• Ensure fuel manufacturing operations meet safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.
• Manage resources to meet production schedules within budget and optimize manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Oversee training and qualification of salaried and hourly employees.
• Hire, mentor, and evaluate salaried direct reports and coordinate cross-functional work.
