Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions in Aiken, SC is seeking experienced Superintendents to lead nuclear maintenance, installations, and operations on active construction sites. You will supervise Foremen and crews, manage work methods, scheduling, cost control, and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, while fostering relationships with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years' construction experience with 5-10+ years in a Superintendent/Leadership role on nuclear maintenance and mods projects.
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision and learn Kiewit policies and software.
• Strong leadership, safety, negotiation, planning and contract administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety, quality and productivity of craft employees.
• Mentor and grow junior Superintendents.
• Review safety and LOTO measures and ensure compliance.
• Develop operational workplans and daily/weekly schedules.
• Lead toolbox talks and communicate safety and quality messages.
• Ensure crews have tools, materials, and information to perform work.
• Monitor project quality and perform hold points and quality checks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and manage turnover planning.
• Maintain daily project diary for records.
