Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer with strong leadership to guide dynamic design projects, manage client relationships, and deliver high‑quality solutions on time and within budget.

You will develop technical proposals, oversee schedules and financials, and support business growth. Candidates should have 6+ years nuclear/power experience as an electrical engineer or project manager, PE preferred, and be able to travel 10–15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or PMP certification with 10 years of applicable experience.
• Design engineering experience with modification and implementation process in power facilities.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in the nuclear or power industries as an Electrical Engineer or Project Manager.
• Professional Engineer licensure strongly preferred.
• Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes.
• Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision‑making, and presentation skills.
• Effective communication skills across disciplines and teams.
• Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites.
• Willingness to travel 10–15% of the time.
