Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or PMP certification with 10 years' applicable experience.
• Design engineering experience with the modification and implementation process, calculations, specifications, etc. in power facilities.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in the nuclear or power industries as an Electrical Engineer or Project Manager.
• Professional Engineer Licensure strongly preferred.
• Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes.
• Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills.
• Effective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teams.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites.
• Ability to travel between 10-15% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, ranging from a few days to a few weeks.
