Job summary

The Nuclear Company is recruiting for Engineering One, our early-career engineering program for graduates who want to help build the next generation of nuclear infrastructure. We are hiring students graduating in Spring 2027 for full-time roles beginning in Summer 2027.

Participants will work alongside seasoned engineers, licensing professionals, and project leaders on real problems tied directly to nuclear deployment while gaining broad exposure across the project lifecycle and deep technical

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s in an engineering field related to the program.
• Graduation expected between December 2026 and May 2027; Summer 2027 start.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Experience from academics, internships, or projects demonstrating initiative.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to mechanical design and calculations.
• Assist civil/structural design and calculations.
• Support construction planning, sequencing, and field engineering.
• Engage in licensing strategy and regulatory submittals support.
• Work across disciplines on the nuclear project lifecycle.
