Job summary

The Nuclear Company seeks engineers joining its Engineering One Program, an early-career path designed for exceptional graduates to work on real nuclear projects across mechanical, civil/structural, construction, and licensing domains.

Graduating in Spring 2027, you will begin full-time in Summer 2027, learning quickly, collaborating with senior engineers, and building broad technical capability in a fast-growing AI-enabled energy company.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Nuclear, Construction Engineering, or Engineering Management.
  • Expected graduation between December 2026 and May 2027, available to begin full-time Summer 2027.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals and initiative in technical problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to mechanical engineering work on nuclear facilities and related systems.
  • Support civil/structural design, foundations, and seismic considerations.
  • Assist construction planning, project delivery, and field engineering.
  • Support licensing, regulatory analysis, and interfaces with licensing teams.
