Job summary

Aalo Atomics seeks a Project Manager to drive construction of the Aalo-X/Aalo Pod reactor at INL, securing bids, overseeing on-site construction, and maintaining safety and quality programs.

You will collaborate with engineering, regulatory, manufacturing, and DOE/NRC stakeholders to keep timelines on track while aligning cross-functional teams and reporting progress; this role requires strong leadership and site-focused execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience in nuclear, energy, or industrial projects.
• Experience as owner’s representative with responsibility for design teams and contractors.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on aggressive timelines.
• DOE/NRC experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive project execution for Aalo-X at INL and meet DOE milestones.
• Lead on-site construction with regular site visits.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and risk plans.
• Align cross-functional teams including engineering and manufacturing.
• Engage with DOE, NRC, national labs, and partners.
• Track progress and proactively resolve roadblocks.
• Ensure regulatory and technical milestones for Aalo-X and Aalo-1.
