Job summary

Aalo Atomics seeks a Project Manager to drive the Aalo‑X/Aalo Pod experimental reactor projects at INL. You will oversee construction, bid management, safety programs, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with engineering, regulatory, manufacturing, and DOE/NRC stakeholders to keep ambitious timelines on track.

Based in the United States, the role requires 8+ years of nuclear/industrial PM experience, owner’s representation, and a track record of delivering complex projects under tight

Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction project management (nuclear/energy preferred).
• Experience as owner’s representative or with owners.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on aggressive timelines.
• Experience with DOE/NRC or regulatory bodies is a plus.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive project execution for Aalo‑X at INL and meet DOE milestones.
• Lead construction management with on-site visits and inspections.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and risk plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, licensing, manufacturing, and partners.
• Engage with DOE, NRC, national labs, and commercial partners.
• Track progress and resolve roadblocks to keep timelines.
• Ensure milestones for Aalo‑X and Aalo‑1 deployments.
