Job summary

Minimum qualifications include advanced knowledge of electrical devices, strong problem-solving ability, and capacity to lift up to 50 lbs; overtime and off-shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of electrical/electronic devices and circuit analysis.
• Strong computer skills and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to obtain qualifications for electrical/electronic repairs (test equipment, circuit theory, soldering).
• Experience in electrical/electronic lab environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and perform troubleshooting, refurbishment and repairs of electrical/electronic items (e.g., circuit boards, power supplies).
• Develop test procedures and test set-ups for serviced items.
• Perform refurbishment and repairs and document prescribed acceptance testing.
• Assist in dedication testing and failure analysis when required.
• Lead others by understanding project scope and show initiative.
