Job summary

Constellation seeks a Cycle Manager to optimize the Nuclear Clean Energy Centers cycle plan, sequencing work within design configurations, safety rules, and regulatory requirements. You will align maintenance activities with the plan while minimizing risk and cost.

You will manage backlogs, MCIP goals, and staffing, coordinating with multiple teams to maintain material condition and drive reliable plant performance. This role offers leadership and visibility across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience.
• SRO license with 8 years of related experience, or equivalent
• High school diploma with 10 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Manages work sequencing, scope, risk level, and maintenance rule compliance for equipment/work windows.
• Coordinates and controls the work schedule from E-28 through turnover to WWN.
• Bundles work to minimize plant risk and interfaces with Energy Delivery.
• Directs actions to ensure materiel condition is represented in the cycle plan.
• Monitors cycle plan scope and performance of cycle schedulers.
• Chairs or participates in the Station Oversight Committee; screens new issue reports.
• Manages backlogs and MCIP goals; balances preventive, corrective, and elective work.
• Mentors Work Management staff and supports outage activities.
