Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Cycle Manager to oversee the Cycle Plan for Nuclear Clean Energy Centers (CECs) and optimize electrical production while controlling maintenance costs. You will screen requests, prioritize work orders, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure safe, efficient operations at on-site facilities.

The role requires a senior level of expertise in work management, scheduling, and risk assessment, with 8+ years in related roles and an SRO license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience.
• SRO license with 8 years of related experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 10 years of related experience.
• Maintain access requirements and favorable medical exam/testing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manages work sequencing and maintenance rule compliance for equipment/work windows.
• Coordinates and controls the work schedule from E-28 through turnover to WWM.
• Bundles work within windows to minimize plant risk and SSC unavailability.
• Directs actions of CEC organizations to meet material condition goals.
• Chairs or participates in SOC and screens new issue reports.
• Drives backlog management to balance preventive, corrective, and elective maintenance.
• Mentors and develops other Work Management staff.
• Determines on-line risk level for the work schedule and emergent work.
• Performs other assignments including outage support as directed.
