Job summary

Atlas is seeking a Nuclear CMT Project Manager to lead field teams and manage projects from staffing through delivery in Kemmerer, WY. This role centers on keeping testing aligned with project specs while maintaining financial health from proposal through billing.

You will guide field personnel, ensure a strong safety culture, and coordinate with clients to deliver reliable solutions on time and within budget. The assignment spans 2–3 years starting early 2027, with per diem options.

Qualifications

• 10 years construction management experience with DOE or commercial nuclear industry.
• Direct experience implementing NQA-1 requirements.
• 5 years directly supervising personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support field staff with daily direction, scheduling guidance, and performance oversight.
• Manage project execution including scope, staffing, client coordination, and issue resolution.
• Review and approve testing reports to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Oversee proposals, billing, and project financial tracking.
• Partner with clients to understand needs, provide updates, and deliver reliable solutions.
• Champion safety by ensuring PPE adherence and active participation in Atlas safety programs.
