Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or Nuclear) with 2 years of nuclear or related engineering experience
• Maintain access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing
• Senior level requires 5 years of nuclear experience or related engineering experience and ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 compliance

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth engineering analysis, manage programs and act as a subject-matter expert to engineers
• Provide technical consultation and resolve equipment and system problems
• Direct short-term and long-term programs that impact site operations
• Perform engineering tasks applying engineering principles and ensuring design criteria and codes are used
• Perform independent research, reviews, and analyses for technical projects and programs
• Recommend equipment, concepts and techniques to improve performance and reduce costs
