Job summary

Aldevra is seeking a Non-Tactical Vehicle Program Analyst to support US Army Reserve operations at Fort Bragg, NC. The role emphasizes compliance, data analysis, and coordinating NTV policy; it reports to the Operations Manager and requires a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities include data pulls, policy guidance, incident handling, and training coordination; the position is contingent upon contract award and features a standard 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in fleet management, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or program management, including experience with regulatory compliance, data analysis, reporting, and coordination with multiple organizations.
• Knowledge of DoD and Army regulations, policies and procedures governing Non-Tactical Vehicles (NTVs).
• Valid Real-ID state-issued driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
• Excellent and accurate written communication.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems; online calendars and cloud systems; intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Verify and validate personnel using the NTV program are in compliance with regulation and policy.
• Provide guidance on best practices, maintaining efficiencies within the program, and recommendations regarding NTV regulation and policy.
• Pull data monthly from GSA Drive-Thru on inventory, maintenance, mileage, expenses, incidents, and recalls.
• Serve as the single POC for NTV operator misuse/serious incident reports and investigations.
• Educate personnel within the command of regulations, policies and procedures for safe motor vehicle operations.
