Responsibilities

• Operate pressing, forming, milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, molding and related bench operations.
• Inspect and report any malfunctions or abnormalities with equipment to the maintenance team.
• Complete reports and respond to inquiries as assigned.
• Accurately record all material usage.
• Maintain cleanliness of the assigned production line area.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Perform all other duties, as assigned.

Basic Job Functions

• Perform all of the following tasks: pressing, forming, milling, turning, drilling, taping, de-burring, molding and all bench operations, as well as the inspection of them.
• Report any malfunctions or abnormalities with equipment to the maintenance team.
• Complete reports and answer inquires, as requested or assigned.
• Accurately record all material usage.
• Maintain cleanliness of the assigned production line area.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Perform all other duties, as assigned.

Responsibilities for a Machine Operator include but are not limited to

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent attendance and safety record
• Knowledge of basic machine functions
• Knowledge of Microsoft products, specifically Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• CNC/Burn Table Experience
• 1 year experience in a production environment.
• Open communication
• Understanding of machine setup and tear down.
• Use of HMIs
• Overhead crane experience
• Basic understanding of automation
