Mavis Tires & Brakes is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis at our Winston-Salem, NC service center. Technicians use the latest equipment to align tires and wheels, measuring caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to ensure safe, straight travel.

Duties include inspections, oil changes, and flat repairs, plus other standard automotive repairs. We offer competitive weekly pay, weekly incentive compensation, and a full benefits package.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in mounting, dismounting, rotating and balancing tires or related work.
• State inspection license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Align tires and wheels using modern equipment to ensure proper handling.
• Measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles for tire wear reduction.
• Perform state-m mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, flat repairs, and other required automotive services.

NTB is proud to join the Mavis Tire Family. We’re looking for a full-time Automotive Alignment Technicians to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service, repair and tire sales centers in the Winston-Salem, NC area.

About the Position of Automotive Alignment Technician

Automotive Alignment technicians use the latest equipment to align newly-mounted tires and wheels on customer's vehicles. By measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe and thrust angles, our Automotive Alignment Technicians reduce customer’s tire wear and ensure serviced vehicles travel straight and true. Mavis's Alignment Technicians also complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs, and perform any other required automotive service or vehicle repairs to customer vehicles.

Qualifications

• be at least 18 years of age
• be legally authorized to work in the United States
• possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or any combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
• it is preferred that Alignment Technicians possess a state inspection license

As an active position, Automotive Alignment Technicians are required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach and perform repeated and repetitive movements consistent with vehicle and tire maintenance and repair. Alignment Technicians must regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
