Temple-Health is seeking a RN-Staff/Clinical Nurse for the NSICU on a 36-hour Day Flex shift (7am-7:30pm) at 3401 North Broad Street, Philadelphia. You will assess, plan, and deliver direct patient care under physician supervision, collaborating with families and the health care team to individualize treatment in a high-acuity setting.

The role requires PA RN licensure, BLS, and at least 1 year of relevant clinical experience; BSN preferred. Full-time schedule with a Day Flex shift.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year experience in area of clinical specialty preferred.
• PA Registered Nurse License required.
• Basic Life Support required.
• Multi-State Compact RN License required or ability to obtain.

Mansioni

• Assesses, implements, and evaluates care needed by assigned patients under the direction of the licensed physician. Collaborates with patient, family, and health care team to individualize care. Directs nursing support staff according to standards and policies. May require professional education, training or additional certifications.
