Job summary

ICF is seeking a Project Analyst - SETA 2 to support science and engineering innovation programs at the National Science Foundation (NSF). This role is based in Alexandria, VA with a hybrid work schedule including telework.

You will assist with managing an R&D portfolio and preparing technical reports for NSF leadership and interagency partners. The ideal candidate has a BS/BA or equivalent, 10+ years in R&D/project management, and the ability to obtain Public Trust suitability.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of research and development expertise, managing research projects, and project management experience.
• Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust suitability.

Responsibilities

• Support a wide range of technology, research and development, and programmatic tasks.
• Provide technical and program support to program directors managing an R&D portfolio of awardees.
• Assist with management of awardees, milestone capture, and development of program briefings and technical reports for NSF leadership and interagency partners.
• Coordinate and participate in technical and programmatic discussions with government, industry, and other stakeholders to initiate new partnerships and program concepts.
