Job summary

University of Central Florida seeks an Administrative Project Manager III to coordinate NSF-funded program activities, manage governance and reporting, and ensure compliance across multiple stakeholders. This role supports leadership and external evaluators in delivering national-scale objectives.

The position requires at least a Bachelor's or Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, with a preference for PMP certification and federal-funded project experience.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer the national competition: design and deploy the solicitation; manage application period and communications; screen applications; run Selection Board logistics and NDA/COI documentation.
• Support data collection for the research and evaluation program: administer surveys; maintain records; provide auditable data to external evaluator RTI International; assist with data collection.
• Prepare and coordinate reporting: assemble inputs for NSF annual reports and learning sessions; maintain dashboards and records for leadership; track deliverables and metrics.
