Job summary

University of Vermont’s UVM Innovations seeks an INVEST Grant Coordinator to support the NSF ART program, handling grant administration, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Reporting to the Director of UVM Innovations, you will coordinate meetings, events, and communications, maintain records, monitor timelines and expenditures, and prepare sponsor-ready materials while collaborating with PIs, researchers, entrepreneurs, and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM; 1–2 years in project management, program development or assessment.
• Ability to develop relationships and networks.
• Strong organizational skills; multitasking capability; attention to detail; proficiency in social media marketing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, workshops, seminars, and other program events; maintain program and grant records.
• Monitor timelines, expenditures, and deliverables; prepare reports and materials for sponsor requirements.
• Collaborate with PIs, faculty, researchers, entrepreneurs, and industry partners to coordinate program activities.
