Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking a Pricing Coordinator to support pricing strategies for field leadership teams across ABC Supply, L&W, and TCI. You will monitor requests, manage task queues, and help develop processes with the Pricing & Analytic Support team.

The role requires 2–5 years of related experience, advanced Excel skills, and up to 15% travel. Strong communication and analytical abilities are essential to drive timely pricing decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Accounting, Math, Statistics).
• 2–5 years of related experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, formulas, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Assist in Pricing Coordinator tasks during large requests or when short-handed.
• Monitor ticket system to ensure pricing requests are assigned and meet SLAs.
• Oversee task lists and SN queues for productivity and workload sharing.
• Maintain training documentation and ensure coordinators are trained.
• Develop and maintain CPM Pricing Coordinator processes.
• Approve Workday, Concur, and other activities for Pricing Coordinators.
• Participate in pricing projects as a representative for Pricing Coordinators.
• Guide career development with stretch projects and trainings.
