Acara Solutions is seeking a NRTL Documentation Specialist in Fort Collins, CO (or remote) for a temporary role with potential direct hire. You will compile complete certification packages and ensure documentation aligns with UL, CSA, and TUV standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, QA, and product teams, tracking certification progress, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong technical writing and documentation control capabilities.
• Experience with regulatory compliance processes in manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of NRTL/UL/CSA/TUV certification processes preferred.
• Ability to review designs and documentation for electrical/mechanical safety compliance.

Responsabilités

• Prepare NRTL certification packages with test data, BOMs, drawings, and user documentation.
• Review engineering docs to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Be the main liaison between internal teams and NRTL testing agencies and auditors.
• Track certification projects and respond to non-compliance findings or corrective actions.
• Maintain version-controlled compliance documentation throughout product lifecycle.
• Support development teams with up-to-date compliance documentation for certification activities.
