Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in clinical perfusion or a related specialty.
• Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) credential (ABCP Certification) required.
• Demonstrated excellence in critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication—especially in high-stakes, fast-paced clinical settings.
• Ability to thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams and adapt to evolving NRP technologies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage NRP techniques during DCD organ recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with transplant teams, OPOs, thoracic and abdominal surgeons, and other clinical partners.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with advancements in perfusion technology and NRP protocols.
