Time to step up your career! This is your moment to shine and lead the way for others. We’re hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. You will work alongside a manager to coordinate and lead operations, oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed. We look forward to supporting your growth while igniting your passion and helping you pursue what matters to you.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production packets (production sheets and recipes).
  2. Direct daily activities.
  3. Maintain food production that ensures safety and quality according to policies, procedures, and department requirements.
  4. Ensure safe, organized, and hazard-free storage of food items.
  5. Maintain serving schedules; ensure all food items are served per menu specifications safely and appropriately following policies and procedures.
  6. Maintain a sanitary environment complying with health and safety codes and regulations.
  7. Maintain accurate weekly inventory records.
  8. Prepare orders as needed to ensure accurate production levels.
  9. Supervise, evaluate, and counsel employees; promote growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
  10. Maintain a safe working environment.
  11. Train and mentor food service workers.
  12. Keep logs on equipment maintenance and food safety/temperature logs with corrective actions as necessary.
  13. Perform preventative maintenance checks and recommend equipment replacements.
  14. Proficient in multitasking.
  15. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager.
  16. Fill in for absent employees when necessary.
  17. Coordinate with staff on catering events to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
  18. Work occasional night and weekend catering events.
  19. Attend staff meetings and maintain communication via email, phone, and inter-office mail.
  20. Perform cashier duties if needed.
  21. Promote good public relations.
