Job summary

Jabil Malaysia is seeking an Industrial Engineering NPI Trainer to develop and deliver training for New Product Introduction processes. You will create modules on process flow, line balancing, time studies, capacity planning, and lean principles, then coach teams on the shop floor and in classrooms.

Ideal candidates have proven experience delivering technical training to diverse audiences, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant IE tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training programs to diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, time studies, process mapping, line balancing, and capacity planning.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update training modules and materials for NPI processes.
• Conduct training sessions on the production floor and in classrooms for engineers, operators, and supervisors.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and metrics; continuously improve programs.
