Job summary

Jabil is seeking a trainer to conduct established training programs in manufacturing or engineering processes. You will monitor training effectiveness and apply standard concepts and procedures while supporting related duties as needed.

The role requires strong communication, PC proficiency, and the ability to interpret data and graphs. You may perform other duties as assigned within the department.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information effectively to groups including managers, clients and audience.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Operate a PC with Windows OS and related software.
• Advanced PC skills including training and knowledge of Jabil software packages.
• Write simple correspondence and read visual aids.
• Apply common sense to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Handle standardized situations with minimal variables.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, memos and short correspondence.
• Perform basic arithmetic and interpret graphs and related data.
