Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 0–3 years in technical systems or manufacturing environments.
Interest in technical training and instructional development.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel up to 40% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

Learn and support new semiconductor equipment and tools during NPI and PLC phases embedded with the Santa Clara business unit.
Gain hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, software, vacuum, and process subsystems of chambers and tools.
Develop, update, and organize training materials including presentations and student guides.
Deliver classroom and hands-on training with guidance from senior instructors.
Collaborate with engineers and product teams to ensure training reflects current capabilities.
Maintain training lab readiness and safety standards.
