Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a product development leader to drive safety and automation solutions across machines and job sites. You will translate customer pain points into actionable roadmaps and coordinate with engineering, commercial teams, and partners to deliver high-impact features.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Construction Management, or equivalent
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Customer/Commercial and Engineering teams
  • Product Development, Definition or Management experience
  • Experience building customer solutions to meet business objectives
  • Technical/Industry knowledge and ability to interface with Product Development teams
  • Experience or knowledge in Automotive, Industrial, Agriculture, Mining or Construction (preferred)

Job description

Requirements
  • Candidates should possess a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Business Management, Construction Management or demonstrate equivalent knowledge through professional expertise.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Customer/Commercial and Engineering teams to drive successful project delivery.
  • Product Development, Definition or Management experience
  • Experience working with customers to partner in building solutions to achieve their business objectives
  • Technical/Industry knowledge and ability to interface with Product Development teams
  • Experience or knowledge in Automotive, Industrial, Agriculture, Mining or Construction preferred.
