Job summary
Insight Global is seeking a supply chain professional to own NPI execution in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. You will coordinate with engineering, planners, suppliers, and assembly partners to track substrate and component supply, manage forecasts, and coordinate POs to meet build schedules.
Responsibilities include maintaining dashboards, conducting weekly supply reviews, driving process improvements, and proactively identifying and mitigating supply risks across OSATs and substrate
Qualifications
- Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
- Supply chain planning and execution experience within semiconductors/electronics.
- Supplier and vendor management experience.
- Ability to manage material readiness, forecasts, POs, and supply risks.
- Experience with dashboards, reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of substrates, assembly operations, and critical component planning.
Responsibilities
- Own supply chain execution for NPI programs, coordinating with engineering, planners, suppliers, and assembly partners.
- Track substrate and component supply, monitor lead times, forecast demand, manage POs.
- Identify supply risks and drive issue resolution.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting, conduct weekly supply reviews.
- Support process improvements, and ensure materials are available to meet NPI build schedules.
