KLA is seeking an NPI Sourcing Manager in Milpitas, CA to lead strategic sourcing for next-generation products. You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, legal, and supply chain to ensure seamless program execution from concept to volume production.

You will own cost, quality and delivery outcomes, develop supplier ecosystems, and negotiate with suppliers to balance cost, innovation and speed. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• NPI sourcing and project management experience.
• Ability to engage with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain.
• Experience influencing suppliers and negotiating.
• Willingness to travel 15–20% for global engagements.
