Job summary

Ericsson in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Development Engineer to design, analyze, and validate RF systems for 5G networks. You will perform requirement analysis, system and hardware/software design, verification, and documentation in line with Ericsson Product Development Principles.

You will collaborate across production units to improve product performance, conduct failure analysis and corrective actions, and support product introductions with robust testing and troubleshooting methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with two years of electrical engineering experience.
• Experience with RF measurement, antenna development, and 5G NR TDD concepts.
• Experience with Python, database tuning, and troubleshooting in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, hardware/software design.
• Collaborate with production units to improve product performance and functionality.
• Provide technical support for product introduction projects, verifications and troubleshooting tools.
• Analyze faults in manufacturing processes using statistical tools and implement corrective actions.
