Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Engineering, etc.
• Minimum of 3 years in quality, measurement/metrology, calibration or test engineering roles.
• Understanding of PV cell/module electrical characteristics and I-V measurement principles.
• Strong data analysis skills, including SPC, correlation analysis, MSA.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Establish and maintain the reference cell and reference module system, with build and verification processes.
• Plan new reference cells and modules aligned with product changes (e.g., TOPCon, bifacial).
• Select candidates and perform initial evaluation of power performance and stability (I-V, EL, visuals).
• Determine reference values via external labs (NREL, TÜV, Fraunhofer ISE) and internal checks.
• Maintain reference cell/module database and lifecycle records for traceability.
• Monitor storage conditions and inspect reference cells/modules for defects.
• Operate and calibrate cell and module solar simulators and related I-V systems.
• Manage calibration and spectral/irradiance control, ensuring cell-to-module consistency.
• Collect and trend measurement data; use SPC to detect anomalies and long-term trends.
• Analyze correlations between in-house testers and external labs; plan calibration strategies.
• Analyze measurement uncertainty factors and drive reduction activities.
• Plan and execute round-robin tests across sites; analyze results.
• Investigate root causes of deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Develop and revise operation guidelines for reference cells/modules globally.
