Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
2+ years of experience in Quality/Mfg/Process Engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
Ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead quality activities for new products, parts, processes, and equipment from development through production launch.
Partner with AME, Design Engineering, Plant Quality, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful launches.
Lead PFMEA activities and qualification plans for equipment and processes.
Drive COQ improvements, including scrap reduction and yield optimization.
Develop and maintain quality controls, documentation, and standard work for transitions.
