Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 3+ years managing capital equipment procurement projects
• 3+ years hands-on experience in manufacturing and/or quality engineering
• Ability to work in large cross-functional teams and communicate to multiple levels
• GD&T knowledge and application expertise

Responsibilities

• Manage capital equipment procurement projects from specification to qualification.
• Ensure equipment improves OEE and reliability.
• Develop layouts and utility requirements for equipment.
• Coordinate with EHS, QA, and operations to meet NPI and production needs.
• Coach hourly operators and technicians on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Drive innovation in test systems design.
