Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering or similar
• Experience with CMM programming and measurement systems analysis
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprints, and inspection methods
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality systems
• Experience with PPAP/FAI documentation and QC records

Responsibilities

• Develop and edit CMM programs using PC-DIMS and MCOSMOS for machined components
• Interpret drawings, CAD models, specifications to define inspection strategies
• Identify and utilize fixturing, tooling, and setups for repeatable measurements
• Review inspection and testing against drawings and specs
• Perform MSA and gage R&R to validate measurements
• Create and maintain QA documentation including control plans, FAI, PPAP
• Ensure documentation complies with requirements and contracts
• Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and QC personnel
• Maintain clean, safe work area per safety guidelines
